New videos coming soon!
The past few months have been quite busy with video projects. Here’s a few highlights of videos that I have recently shot and am working on editing and posting soon.
~ Institute for Critical Social Inquiry’s Public Lecture series
These talks feature some big name left scholars: Gayatri Spivak, Jay Bernstein and Judith Butler.
I’ve been working with the folks at ICSI to help document these public lecture series, and those videos from each talk should be up on the ICSI YouTube page by the end of June of 2016.
~ Research Matters interview with NSSR Politics faculty Sanjay Ruparelia
In this engaging one-on-one interview, Professor Ruperali talks about his new book on coalition politics and left social movements in India, and some insights into doing comparative political research and work at The New School. Stay tuned for that video later this summer.
~ Sacred Landscapes in the Himalayas
This is a project still in the works, and will feature some video from my upcoming trip to Nepal and Tibet, as well as video I already shot from 2014 and 2014 in Nepal and India. This is all part of a project looking at sacred landscapes in the Himalaya, which I am working on with the India China Institute at The New School, as part of the Sacred Himalaya Initiative.
So stay tuned for these exciting video updates in the summer of 2016!
